1. The service

FlashTrade Interiors lets you upload photos of your room and see AI visualizations of real furniture placed in those photos. When you choose to buy, we procure those products for you.

2. Early access

The service is currently in early access and is provided as is. We make no warranty of availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose during this period.

3. Visualizations

Renders are AI-generated approximations. They are not guarantees of how a product will look, its exact dimensions, or whether it will fit in your space. Always verify product dimensions before ordering.

4. Pricing

Prices shown include estimates. Shipping is estimated, and sales tax is calculated at order time.

5. Orders

Orders are fulfilled by FLASHSTRAT LLC acting as an independent procurement service.

6. Brand independence

FlashTrade Interiors and FLASHSTRAT LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Williams-Sonoma Inc., West Elm, or any brand shown in the service. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

• Accounts are invite only during early access.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Do not abuse the service, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid for the order at issue.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after an update is acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
